This solution is ideal in the event of a natural disaster, personal system outage or power outage, as the site your calls are rerouted to would not be affected by said disaster or outage.
Another option is a fail-over hosted PBX backup system. In the event that you lose access to your system, whether from failure or outage, your calls will still be delivered through our PBX, that will use a different system.
