Pulsar360, Inc. is very pleased to announce the promotion of Juan Peña (JP). He will be serving as the New Sales Engineer at Pulsar360, Inc. effective March 21, 2018. Mr. Peña will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal channel sales team and external partners & end user customers; attending sales and customer calls, over the phone and in-person; conferring with customers and partners to determine system requirements and assess equipment needs; attending on-site meetings as directed with Partners & potential customers; providing regularly schedule sales and operational webinars. Administering technical training and guidance to the channel team and management; and participating in Channel Trade Shows. He brings over twelve years of sales and support engineer experience to the company, and we are extremely delighted on his promotion.
JP has been with Pulsar360, Inc. since November 2014 and has an extraordinary combination of sales engineering experience and rapid response customer service skillsets that together provide the right blend as a sales engineer. Before his promotion he served as Tier 2 Engineer.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science, from the California State University Fullerton in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services; and an Associate of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Fullerton College.
